DRM Max - Heavy duty production platform

DRM Max is the most robust machine in the MicroStep portfolio, built to meet the demands of heavy-duty and super heavy-duty production where maximum performance and process reliability are critical.

This powerful solution combines an exceptional range of technologies in one system. From large-diameter drilling up to 70 mm and heavy milling of countersinks, grooves, and threads, to surface milling up to 750 mm, edge beveling by milling, and high-performance plasma and oxyfuel cutting of material up to 300 mm thick.

Its capabilities go far beyond advanced plate processing. The DRM Max can also be equipped for 3D cutting of domes and other complex shapes, while drawing on MicroStep’s advanced expertise and technologies, including 3D laser scanning, for precise processing of demanding three-dimensional applications.

To meet even more specialized production needs, the machine can also be configured for cutting preheated plates with temperatures up to 300°C.
