Automatic pipe supports for laser

Automatic pipe supports enable a smoother operation of laser pipe cutting equipment with manual pipe loading on MicroStep's MSF Pro  and MSF Pipe-T machines. When necessary, the motorized pipe supports re-position themselves automatically along the longitudinal pipe axis during the execution of a cutting program based on the position of the particular cuts. For smaller Ø pipes, torsional stiffness compensation ensures synchronized turning of pipes on both pipe ends to prevent twisting and thus provides the desired contour accuracy.
