Educating students and supporting the next generation of engineers is essential for the future of our industry. At MicroStep, we truly value the interest young people show in modern manufacturing technologies and believe that the strongest results come from connecting education with real-life industrial experience.
At the end of November 2025, we had the opportunity of welcoming representatives from the Secondary Industrial School of Mechanical Engineering we all familiarly known as “Fajnorka“ to MicroStep. It was our pleasure to welcome Fajnorka´s school principal, deputy principal, and teachers.

During the visit, we introduced MicroStep and our production portfolio, complemented by live demonstrations of laser and plasma cutting technologies. These hands-on examples highlighted how advanced technologies are applied in everyday industrial practice.
An important part of the meeting was the discussion about future cooperation. We explored opportunities such as student excursions, internships, year projects, and ways to bring MicroStep know-how directly into the educational process, for example through extracurricular activities and technical clubs.

The visit concluded with the signing of a Memorandum of Cooperation, formalizing our shared commitment to supporting technical education and young talent.
The next meeting is planned for the end of January 2026, when we will present MicroStep and our technologies to additional teachers from SPŠ.
We look forward to building long-term partnerships that help students gain real-world experience and prepare them for the challenges of modern engineering.
