Motorized pipe supports for laser

Motorized pipe supports enable a smoother operation of MicroStep's laser pipe cutting equipment with manual pipe loading. The supports provide easy motorized positioning options – rapid/fine positioning – and, where possible, they position themselves automatically along the longitudinal pipe axis based on the loaded cutting program. For smaller Ø pipes, torsional stiffness compensation ensures synchronized turning of pipes on both pipe ends to prevent twisting and thus provides the desired contour accuracy.
