Multi-functional waterjet cutting machine
The machine can be equipped with a 5-axis waterjet rotator with ACTG® for bevel cutting, as well as combined with plasma, pipe and profile cutting or tapping. Other features include Additional Beveling Process (ABP) and taper compensation (ABC).

In order to meet the requirements for high precision and/or perpendicularity of the cut parts, MicroStep‘s Adaptive Bevel Compensation (ABC) technology enables taper compensation in a range of ± 7°. The technology adjusts the bevel angles with speed to compensate the natural stream lag and taper of a water jet. The system also allows custom adjustment of the compensation values.
