DS-B – Automated Drilling Machine

Machine: DS-B

DS-B is designed for dual-side high-efficiency drilling and tapping of hollow profiles with square or rectangular cross-sections.

The automated CNC drilling machine enables simultaneous drilling and marking of square and rectangular profiles by using two turret drilling heads (6 tools each) and two MicroPunch marking heads mounted on a rotary support. The machine is designed for a high level of automation with automatic loading and unloading of the profiles via transversal chain conveyors.
